Coming to xbtitFM v1.09:

[XBTITFM] Update on the project

That's right, a complete integration of the latest version of Invision Power Board, similar to the current SMF integration. (More information on Invision Power Board can be found on their official site here) This integration has been written exclusively for xbtitFM by myself and will not be released elsewhere for 6 full xbtitFM version cycles (after the release of v1.15), after which it will be released to xbtit Private and will eventually filter down to Open Source.

xbtitFM v1.09 is expected to be released on December 24th 2010, just in time for Christmas.

You can make quarter subscription, you'll be asked for 20 euros the first quarter (entrance fee), then 15 euros fees each 3 months.
Domain name for xbtitFM setup

Yearly Subscription

You can make yearly subscription, In this case, there is no "entrance" fees, only the annual 50 euros fees (2 months free).

Hello, I am using BTIT FM tracker, and want to ask few questions. 1. All the XBTIT FM hacks properly work on XBT, yes? 2. How many peers(+-) can handle XBTIT FM on the dedicated server wich has 8Xi7 CPU, 8GB RAM? Can it handle 500k peers at one time without huge server loads and so on? 3. Is it easy to upgrade BTIT FM to XBTIT FM without losing any mysql data?

1. yes
2. the limit is xbtt limit then I guess 500k should be handle, maybe you could have problems if you have many users online at the same time, but enabling the cache should reduce the load considerably
3. there is the script to convert btit -> xbtitFM, then it should upgrade btitfm too, nut I personally never try
