if you use some linux distribution yes you can run this file by specific command if not install notepad++ and open this file by this program and you see what file and where in this file you must edit

because on sourceforge.net web hosting is big shit ;/ sometimes works slowly and if i'm not wrong not for simplemachines forum and mkportal (btiteam using this). Sourceforge.net we use only for svn hosting and and file releasing oh and for bugtracker

btiteam have REAL SERVER ( Dual Opteron 244, few GB RAM, ...... <= this data is VPS server)

if you use max() function, your announce.php will not be safe...
use floatval() instead.

$downloaded = floatval($_GET["downloaded"]);
$uploaded = floatval($_GET["uploaded"]);
