hi great work!!!!

Just have one question.

at my tracker ((version 1.4.3)
When the upload or download in active torrents is more dan 2 gb the active torrent will not count further for the part over the 2 gb. and it won't update the history right than. I have livestats on.

so i figured out that:

Quote
- changed all max() functions with intval() function which is more secure.

gave the problem.
so i changed back to:

$downloaded = max(0,$_GET["downloaded"]);
$uploaded = max(0,$_GET["uploaded"]);

and now i don't have the problem anymore.....

are there more trackers with this problem ?
why this is a problem with interval??

if you use max() function, your announce.php will not be safe...
use floatval() instead.

$downloaded = floatval($_GET["downloaded"]);
$uploaded = floatval($_GET["uploaded"]);

thanks :D

this will work also?

there is no other way to get the intval function working?
i think it's very strange that the active torrents won't count furthter than 2 gb (both download as upload).
when people stop torrent and start it again. the history vounts over 2 gb otherwise the history also stays on 2 gb....

The Intval function only has values from -2147483648 to 2147483647.
Since up/down is counted in bytes then the max is 2gb.
Floatval fixes this problem.
The source has been updated on sourceforge and will be included in 1.44.

but i didn't know what the problem was and searched and searched......
and then i had an idea and changed it back to max...

floatval works nice :)

I know i've never talked so much in forum but i'm here for 2 years already ,

But i always also want to find out myself  ::)
and mostly i will go on till i find what is wrong, but i have troubles with functions like intval/floatval...

But keep on doing the nice work with the trackers. RESPECT

It 'll cost a lot of time i think
