New to this version, a complete integration of Invision Power Board 3.1.x (http://www.invisionpower.com). See the integration at work on our demo site --> http://xbtitfm.com/demo

This integration was written exclusively for xbtitFM and will not be released elsewhere for 6 months.

There are also 10 new hacks this version:

is there any point in this as its against the license of invision to distribute torrents and there scripts have not to used in anyway with torrents ?

and they will give no support on the forums if you run a torrent site

I think you'll find you're misinformed, the Invision Power Board EULA says you may not:
Quote
use the Software in such as way as to condone or encourage terrorism, promote or provide pirated Software, or any other form of illegal or damaging activity

It's up to the individual site owner as to what they choose to distribute with their tracker, believe it or not people distribute 100% legal content using BitTorrent trackers (although they are in the minority).

Anyway it's irrelevant because you're not using their software (Invision Power Board) as a tracker as would be the case if you were using something like IPBTracker. xbtitFM completely handles the tracker part and IPB is being used purely as a discussion forum, nothing else.
